The Front Desk Clerk at check in seemed confused and did not let me pay for my entire stay as I requested, plus we could not receive towels after housekeeping left for the day this clerk said he did not know how to order towels for the rooms But the young man Dayrl who took care of us Friday Saturday and Sunday was a big help. Very kind and full of knowledge of his job. Weekend Friday and Saturday Housekeeper was very good. The only problem I had was the mildew in the tile in the shower Air conditioner vents were dirty we cleaned them to receive cool air in the room the dirt was denying us cool air. The cost of the hotel was a bit extreme for this area I come from Chicago and the rates are very close to the suburban prices in the nice areas of Chicago. I feel a bit too much for this hotel rooms were a bit small for the cost.

Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was commendable, with clean rooms and basic amenities like mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker provided. Additionally, the location near the mall was extremely convenient for shopping. Lastly, the staff provided excellent service, always being polite and helpful.

All was fine, no complaints.
